Returns

We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 15 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We take extensive care of making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via help@gimaguas.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a return and/or exchange and Gimaguas will cover costs for both shipping and return.* For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

If you change your mind during this 15-day period, we offer the following options:

 

If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

* Until we receive an item in our studio, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

 

How to start a return/ refund

Send an email request for the return to help@gimaguas.com no later than 15 days from the date you received the product, letting us know the order number and reason for the return.

The items should be packaged:

a) In their original condition, together with any accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

b) With all original labels and packaging.

c) Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to this address:

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our studio.

 

Orders

Orders that are placed from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within two to three business days, one day may be added if there is a national/international holiday in between. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

A shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide once the order is sent.

If you have provided your email incorrectly or wish to change it, please send an email to help@gimaguas.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before you have received a shipping confirmation.

For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes applied on your order depending on your country; which are completely out of our control.

Gimaguas is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, we advise you to contact the courier with which it has been sent.
