Terms of delivery

Goods purchased at gimaguas online store are sent by dhl express worldwide.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable through: dhl.com

Shipping costs

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

Shipments to non-European Union countries may imply additional customs taxes and/or fees. These costs, that depend on the destination country, will always be the responsibility of the client and will be settled at the given customs office.
