Returns and Exchanges

Gimaguas offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery on all online purchases*. All items purchased at Gimaguas , including discounted products, are eligible for return or exchange within this period, provided they meet our return conditions.

Product Care

Most of our leather has a worn appearance, and its look will evolve with the use. Please be aware that marks, starches or grains are part of its nature and shouldn’t be considered imperfections. To make your belt last a long time, please protect the leather from humidity and prolonged exposure to light and heat. Avoid contact with oil, perfumes and cosmetics. Never clean your belt with water, soap or alcohol, you can brush the surface with a cotton cloth, a clean sponge designed for leather or clean professionally by a leather or suede expert.
