All Archive items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is. Some items may show sign of light wear, footwear may come without original box.
Gimaguas has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted in 15 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the pre-paid dhl return label provided in the parcel.
The refund will never include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund):

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.

If you are interested in a different colour, size or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at gimaguas.com.
Remember that the refund will never include the shipping costs.
How to start a return/ refund and returns policy
Send an email request for the return to help@gimaguas.Com no later than 15 days from the date you received the order, letting us know the order number and reason for the return. Use the pre-paid shipment label provided in the parcel to send us back the item(s) to our studio.
In order for the customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
- make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
- all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
- all products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box.
If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order back in our studio discounting the return shipment price.
