Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Gimaguas are processed on weekdays between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (CET), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for order preparation before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

-Spain: 1 – 4 business days

-Europe: 1 – 5 business days

-Rest of the world: 1 – 8 business days

All orders are shipped via DHL Express. In some regions, customers may also have the option to select DHL Standard at checkout. Please note that delivery times are additional to the order preparation period.

Returns and Exchanges

Gimaguas offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery on all online purchases*. All items purchased at Gimaguas , including discounted products, are eligible for return or exchange within this period, provided they meet our return conditions.
