Return & Exchange Policy

Gimaguas offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date.

To ensure eligibility, products have to be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging, and with the label intact. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to reject any item that goes against this criteria. Anything related to the delivery of your order must also be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of reception.

Customers should be aware that parcels returned after the specified time frame will be declined and sent back to the sender. The sender is solely responsible for covering the costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).

Return & Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return, customers can start the process by either clicking on the provided link or scanning the QR code located in the leaflet within their Gimaguas online order. This action will redirect to Rever, where the order number and email address will be required.
*Only orders that have been previously registered and authorized will be accepted upon arrival at our warehouse.

Once approved, clients can download and print the shipping label that will automatically be sent to their email address. The package can be returned from the nearest DHL drop-off point or, if preferred, arrange a collection by visiting the DHL website and entering the Waybill number from the label. It's strongly recommended to keep a copy of the proof of postage.

Please note that, in order to be accepted, each purchase should be registered individually and then returned in its own parcel. Packages with two or more orders are unaccepted.

Barcelona residents have an additional option for an "in-store return," allowing them to complete the transaction at the Gimaguas Flagship Store in Barcelona.

Please be aware that in-store returns are not available in Ephemeral Stores.


Returned orders will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days from the reception. An email confirmation will be sent when the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original customer’s form of payment within 2 to 5 business days. Alternatively, there is an immediate recompensation option available for a 2€ fee.

Please note that the returned shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.


Exchanges need to be registered via Rever on this link. This service is exclusively dedicated to those individuals in search of an alternative size for their clothing. Once the exchange request has been approved, an automated replacement order will be generated without any extra charges. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the process is initiated.

Customers with a preference for a different product are invited to return the order and request a voucher to expedite the procedure.

In-Store Returns

Customers are welcome to return any order at the Gimaguas Flagship store located at Rosselló 230, Barcelona.

When initiating a return through Rever, customers should select the "In-Store return" option, which will enable them to choose between exchanging the product(s), receiving a refund to the original online purchase payment method, or requesting a voucher.

Please note that Ephemeral Stores are excluded from this return policy.
