To initiate a return, customers can start the process by either clicking on the provided link or scanning the QR code located in the leaflet within their Gimaguas online order. This action will redirect to Rever, where the order number and email address will be required.
*Only orders that have been previously registered and authorized will be accepted upon arrival at our warehouse.
Once approved, clients can download and print the shipping label that will automatically be sent to their email address. The package can be returned from the nearest DHL drop-off point or, if preferred, arrange a collection by visiting the DHL website and entering the Waybill number from the label. It's strongly recommended to keep a copy of the proof of postage.
Please note that, in order to be accepted, each purchase should be registered individually and then returned in its own parcel. Packages with two or more orders are unaccepted.
Barcelona residents have an additional option for an "in-store return," allowing them to complete the transaction at the Gimaguas Flagship Store in Barcelona.
Please be aware that in-store returns are not available in Ephemeral Stores.
