Gimaguas offers a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date on all orders placed at gimaguas.com*.
All products that are sold on our website can be exchanged or returned within this time frame, even if they are discounted.
*Return period extended until January 7, 2026 for all orders placed on or after December 2, 2025.

To ensure eligibility, products have to be unused, in excellent condition, in their original packaging, and with the label intact. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to reject any item that goes against this criteria. Anything related to the delivery of your order must also be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of reception.

Customers should be aware that parcels returned after the specified time frame will be declined and sent back to the sender. The sender is solely responsible for covering the costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).

We reserve the right to limit or deny the right of return to customers with an unusually high return history or misuse of the service.

To initiate a return, customers can start the process by either clicking on the provided link or scanning the QR code located in the leaflet within their Gimaguas online order. This action will redirect to Rever, where the order number and email address will be required.
*Only orders that have been previously registered and authorized will be accepted upon arrival at our warehouse.

Once approved, clients can download and print the shipping label that will automatically be sent to their email address. The package can be returned from the nearest DHL drop-off point or, if preferred, arrange a collection by visiting the DHL website and entering the Waybill number from the label. It's strongly recommended to keep a copy of the proof of postage.
Please note that Gimaguas is only responsible for the returns sent with DHL Express following the above mentioned return procedure.

Please note that, in order to be accepted, each purchase should be registered individually and then returned in its own parcel. Packages with two or more orders are unaccepted.

Customers have an additional option for an "in-store return", allowing them to complete the transaction at the Gimaguas Stores in Barcelona, Madrid or Ibiza.

Please be aware that in-store returns are not available in Ephemeral Stores.

Returned orders will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days from the reception. An email confirmation will be sent when the return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original customer’s form of payment within 2 to 5 business days. Alternatively, there is an immediate recompensation option available for a 2€ fee.

Please note that the shipping costs will never be reimbursed and the returned shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.

Exchanges need to be registered via Rever on this link. This service is intended for both size and item exchanges. Should the replacement item differ in price, any additional amount can be paid directly, or a refund will be issued if the new item is of lesser value. Once the exchange request has been approved, an automated replacement order will be generated without any extra shipping charges. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the process is initiated.

Customers with a preference for a different product are invited to return the order and request a voucher to expedite the procedure.

Customers are welcome to return any gimaguas.com order at the Gimaguas Flagship stores located in Barcelona and Madrid or in our Summer Store in Ibiza.

When initiating a return through Rever, customers should select the "In-Store return" option, which will enable them to choose between exchanging the product(s), receiving a refund to the original online purchase payment method, or requesting a voucher.

Please note that Ephemeral Stores are excluded from this return policy.

Purchases made at our Barcelona, Madrid or Ibiza Stores can be returned within 30 calendar days from the purchase date in exchange for another item or a voucher that has no expiration date.
The client must present the receipt.

Products of purchases made at any of our Ephemeral Stores can only be exchanged between the dates where this store is open. Once the ephemeral store is closed, no exchange will be accepted.

Products of purchases made at any of our physical Archives are final. They cannot be exchanged or returned.
