Orders are processed during weekdays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm CET. Those purchases placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
*During periods with a higher volumen of orders (such as Christmas or special sales), the preparation time could be longer (48-72 business hours).
Once an order is successfully placed, an email will be sent to confirm the acquisition. At this stage, the payment will be deducted from the client’s bank account. When the parcel is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the client. It may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the parcel status after receiving the shipping confirmation email from us.
Gimaguas.com accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are also offered as a form of payment.
Clients also have the option to select PayPal. When this payment method is chosen at checkout, customers will be redirected to the platform to complete their purchases before returning to gimaguas.com.
Order Cancellation / Order Modification
Once an order is placed, it becomes unmodifiable. The only feasible option is to cancel, a possibility reserved for purchases in their initial processing stages.
As the preparation phase advances, cancellation becomes unviable. Once a tracking number is allocated, the most convenient procedure is to reject the package during the carrier's delivery attempt. This will prompt the parcel return, expediting the refund process.
For transactions still in their early stages, and eligible for cancellation, customers will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
Once an order is confirmed, any changes to the billing information are unfeasible. The invoice will reflect the details provided during the purchase by the customer.
